An Award winning photographer, one of Loretta's images has been accepted as a permanent piece in the Doctor's Without Borders collection at the Hallmark Museum of Contemporary Photography. Loretta also won Second Place in in the Student Print Competition at the Professional Photographers Association of New England.
Loretta was born and raised in Prince George's County Maryland. Life's journies have carried her to many different areas in Maryland and Virginia, but she finally settled in Southern Maryland where she spends time with her family and works on her passion for photography. After working in the accounting field for 25 years, Loretta left her job in 2007 and decided to change her career path.
She researched and finally decided to move to Massachusetts to get the formal education
necessary to become a great photographer. In June of 2008 Loretta graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography, the most prestigious photography school in the country, and returned to Calvert County
to embark on her new journey with Angel's Eye Photography.
"I have always loved photography. Going through photographs with my grandmother was one
of my favorite pastimes. Spending time with my family and friends is also precious in my heart. I want to capture all the special/beautiful things that life has to offer. My goal is to do that with every image I ever create, in all alspects of life - people, pets, nature, etc."
